OUR VISION
To foster change wherein an empowered woman in the remotest of villages becomes a reality, where every child has access to quality education & healthcare, and where each individual becomes a contributor to usher in a social change for society’s betterment and upliftment.
We are committed to working towards the welfare of all women and children residing in some of the remotest villages in Uttarakhand. Our aim is to create a long-lasting impact by mobilizing individuals from different sections of society and working together towards addressing the biggest societal challenges in these areas.
OUR CODE OF CONDUCT
The following code of conduct guides the working of Navchetna Society:

Humanity - All humankind will be treated humanely in all circumstances, and every individual will be respected.
Impartiality - Assistance provided by Navchetna will be impartial and not based on color, caste, creed, religion, or social status.
Democratic Process - All policies will be formulated through the democratic process by the governing body.
Neutrality - Navchetna will be neutral in nature and not associate itself with any political dispensation or group.
Misuse - The name of the NGO will not be used by any member for personal gain or profit.
